1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member," "you," or "your") and jililiv ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jililiv online gaming platform available at jililiv.org and any associated mobile interfaces, applications, or services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing, registering on, or using the jililiv platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the jililiv Service, including visitors, registered members, and any individuals accessing the platform for any purpose.

These Terms are effective as of the date shown above and supersede all prior versions. jililiv reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notice of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms should be read together with the jililiv Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jililiv.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register an account and use the jililiv platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period during which you hold a jililiv account:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. In the Philippines, PAGCOR regulations require that all participants in online gaming activities be at least 21 years old. This requirement is strictly enforced by jililiv.
• You must be a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or where your use of the jililiv Service would be unlawful.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of jililiv or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the jililiv platform, nor be subject to any active self-exclusion order.

By creating an account on jililiv, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the eligibility criteria set out above. You acknowledge that jililiv may conduct verification checks at any time to confirm your ongoing compliance with these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full functionality of the jililiv platform, you must create a member account by completing the registration process. The following terms apply to your jililiv account:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) jililiv account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or other details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jililiv account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your jililiv account.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify jililiv immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your jililiv account. jililiv will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your jililiv account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.
• KYC Verification: jililiv may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including at the point of withdrawal. KYC procedures may require you to submit valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal processing delays or account restriction.

jililiv reserves the right to refuse account registration or to suspend or terminate any existing account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, subject to applicable law.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jililiv platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: jililiv currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Supported payment methods are subject to change and the current list will always be displayed within your jililiv account.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods not registered in your name, is prohibited.
• Minimum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the jililiv cashier section and are subject to change. jililiv does not guarantee any specific processing time for deposits or withdrawals, though we aim to process all transactions promptly.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• Transaction Limits: jililiv may impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits at its discretion, and these limits may vary by payment method, account verification status, or applicable regulatory requirements.
• Declined Transactions: jililiv is not liable for any fees, charges, or losses incurred as a result of a declined or failed transaction, whether caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or any third-party payment processor.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jililiv may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback, and other incentive programs to its members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Household: Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, or shared payment method. jililiv reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus credits where abuse or circumvention is suspected.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of bets toward wagering requirements, while live casino, sports betting, and other game categories may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses carry an expiry date or validity period as stated in their specific terms. Unused bonus funds or free spins that have not been activated or wagered within the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular betting patterns, hedging, arbitrage, or collusion constitutes bonus abuse. jililiv reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
• Right to Modify: jililiv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

By claiming any bonus offered by jililiv, you confirm that you have read and accepted the specific terms applicable to that bonus. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

The following rules govern gameplay on the jililiv platform across all game categories, including JILI slots, live casino, sports betting, sabong, bingo, and fishing arcade games:

• Game Rules: Each game available on jililiv is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing bets.
• Bet Finality: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the jililiv system, it is final and cannot be cancelled, reversed, or modified, except in cases of a verified system error as determined by jililiv at its sole discretion.
• Disputed Results: In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, the result recorded in the jililiv system shall be conclusive. jililiv's decision in respect of any dispute shall be final.
• System Malfunctions: In the event of a technical fault, connectivity failure, or system malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round or bet, jililiv reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the corresponding stake to the member's account. Winnings derived from a malfunctioning game will not be paid.
• Sports Betting Rules: Sports betting markets on jililiv, including markets for the PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other events, are subject to specific sports betting rules available within the sports betting section of the platform. Results are determined based on official sources and jililiv's internal verification procedures.
• RNG Certification: Random Number Generator (RNG) based games available on jililiv — including slots and virtual games — use certified RNG technology to ensure random and fair outcomes. Game outcomes are independently verifiable through the platform's fair play certification.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jililiv platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple jililiv accounts, or assisting any other person in doing so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to access or interact with the jililiv platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in any game or platform function for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordination with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the jililiv platform for any money laundering activity or for the processing of funds derived from illegal activities.
• Depositing funds using payment methods not belonging to you, or using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment credentials.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other process.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, geo-restriction, or access control measure implemented by jililiv.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jililiv support staff or other platform users in any communication channel.
• Accessing the jililiv platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable local law.

8. Responsible Gaming

jililiv is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all of its members. Gaming on jililiv is intended as entertainment. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Age Restriction: The jililiv platform is strictly for persons aged 21 years and above. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced through active age verification procedures.
• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their jililiv accounts at any time through the account settings panel. Requests to increase deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members may set loss limits on their jililiv accounts to control the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Limits: Members may set session time reminders and limits to manage the amount of time spent on the jililiv platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Any member who wishes to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the jililiv responsible gaming tools or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jililiv platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software, user interface designs, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of jililiv or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jililiv platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any jililiv content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the jililiv platform.
• Use jililiv's trade name, brand marks, logos, or other proprietary identifiers for any commercial purpose.
• Frame or mirror any content from the jililiv platform on any other website or digital property.

Any unauthorized use of jililiv's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which jililiv reserves all available remedies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jililiv's total aggregate liability to any member — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member into their jililiv account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jililiv shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of goodwill or reputation.
• Losses arising from service interruptions, system downtime, technical faults, or connectivity failures beyond jililiv's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from changes in applicable law or regulatory requirements that affect the availability of the jililiv service in your jurisdiction.

jililiv does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious code, though we take reasonable technical measures to maintain platform security and availability. The jililiv platform and all content within it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Privacy & Data

jililiv collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). The full details of how jililiv handles your personal information are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering a jililiv account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• jililiv collects personal data necessary for account registration, identity verification, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance.
• Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• jililiv may share data with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by law or necessary to prevent fraud.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

12. Suspension & Termination

jililiv reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or the platform's additional policies.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory requirement or legal obligation requiring the termination of an account.

Upon termination of an account, jililiv will process any eligible real-money balance (i.e., funds not subject to pending bonus wagering requirements or active investigation) to the member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any required KYC verification and minus any applicable fees or outstanding obligations.

You may close your jililiv account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure does not entitle you to the return of bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jililiv reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jililiv will provide notice through one or more of the following methods: posting a notice on the jililiv homepage, sending a notification to your registered email address, or displaying a notice within your account dashboard upon next login.

Your continued use of the jililiv platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the jililiv platform and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of the current version. The effective date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the most recent version of the Terms came into force.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jililiv platform — including disputes regarding their formation, validity, binding effect, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jililiv operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), which governs online gaming activities in the Philippines. Members who have regulatory concerns related to PAGCOR-licensed online gaming activities may contact PAGCOR directly through their official channels.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
